Golf

The Algarve is well-known for its beautifully situated golf courses.
4 km / 2,5 miles from Fuzeta there is a nine-hole golf course in Maragota called Colina Verde. Between Tavira and Monte Gordo there are four excellent 18-hole golf courses: Quinta da Ria, Quinta de Cima, Benamor Golf and Castro Marim Golfe.
West of Faro you will find the famous courses of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo.

Walking, cycling and water sports




The flat, coastal area is ideal for cycling- and walking tours. The new, signposted routes will take you through citrus plantations, saltpans and coastal villages.

The waters of the lagoon at Fuzeta are a favourite spot for kite surfers.
