CasaLevante

Prices are per week and include cleaning (once a week), electricity, bed linen and towels. If you stay at Casa Levante for less than one week we will charge and additional € 40,- to cover cleaning costs.

Bookings:
Before booking, please make sure you check availability of the house with us first.

After confirmation you complete your booking by transferring 25% of the total amount to us. The next 25% must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. The remaining 50% must be paid in cash on arrival.

Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival, Casa Levante will be ready for you from 14:00. If you notify us of your time of arrival and flight number, we will provide a safe storage place for your luggage until the house is ready for you. Unless agreed on differently, you are asked to leave before 10 o'clock in the morning on the day of departure. On this day we can provide a place for your luggage until 13:00.

Please note the following:
-Down payments are non-refundable
-When handing over the key to the house, we will ask you for a refundable deposit of € 100.- . This money will be returned to you after final inspection of the house and will, in case of substantial breakage or damage, be used to cover costs.
-We accept no liability and cannot be held responsible for any kind of damage, injury or theft that might occur during your stay with us. Your stay at our property is entirely at your own risk and responsibility.
-By making your reservation you agree to accept our conditions.
